The map not is visible in the CRM

I have create and imported a Map using the tool.
When i search the map in the CRM i do not find it.
When i restart the tool, i can see the map in the list of maps loaded from CRM.

Hi,
      Please accept my apologies for late response. Which mode you were using for the tool Server/DM Client? If you use DM client mode then map will be avialable in DM client. If you used server mode then map won't be available in DM client. Let me knwo if your problem is still not solved. Also please provide me details about:

  • Tool mode you are using.
  • By searching in CRM you mean in Web client or DM client?
